Completed February 23, 2017, TEN50 is distinguished as the first condominium built in the South Park neighborhood of Downtown Los Angeles, after the 2008 financial crises with most developers opting instead to build luxury apartments. TEN50 sold out rapidly and marked a renewed confidence in the burgeoning South Park neighborhood as well as Downtown Los Angeles in general. TEN50 is the newest condominium along Grand Ave in South Park and stands just northeast of the South Group development consisting of Elleven South, Luma South, and Evo South.
A 24-story building, TEN50 features 151 condominiums suspended over approximately 5,900 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The structure was designed by renowned Downtown architecture firm HansonLA and has sought to emulate Evo South’s success by including a broad array of amenities including a sixth floor lounge, an indoor/outdoor courtyard, activity space, and entertainment haven, a resort style pool and spa, a screening room, as well as an ultra-modern fitness studio.
