The Molino Street Lofts contain 91 residences built into two adjoining, 1920s era warehouses, repurposed between 2003 and 2006. Another project by Kor Group and RSA Architects, the Molino Street Lofts was one of the earliest, large-scale residential condominiums in the Arts District, and marked the beginning of the transformation of the Downtown Los Angeles Arts District into the vibrant neighborhood it is today.
Both buildings, making up the Molino Street Lofts, feature rooftop decks with stunning views of Downtown Los Angeles. Residents can also enjoy private lounge areas with fire pits and gated parking. Units are designed to live and work and are designed to maximize natural light with large windows and skylights.
