Grand Lofts is often associated with the rebirth of the South Park neighborhood and Downtown Los Angeles in general, as back in 2005 Grand Lofts became Downtown Los Angeles’ first for-sale loft residences in more than 15 years. The Lee Group and CIM Group saw potential in the building given the original design emphasis of open space, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light.
Today Grand Loft residents enjoy reserved parking spaces and HOA dues that include cable & Internet at a much more affordable rate than their neighbors at Ten50, Elleven South, Luma South, and Evo South. All the while the neighborhood is booming with new restaurants, stores, and other attractions opening every month.
Grand Lofts residents now have access to a full service gym, saltwater pool, Jacuzzi, Dog Run & Dog Wash, Basketball Court, private office & conference room, BBQ area, Volleyball Court, & Sky Lounge. These are located inside the Aven Apartment building next door.
