The Birth of Evo South Los Angeles

Evo South Rises 24 stories above Downtown Los Angeles in the South Park neighborhood. South Group built Evo South in 2006. It is the final and most upscale of a three-tower condominium development consisting of Luma South (2006), and Elleven South (2008). The Evo South community consists of 311 modern residences.

The Evo Pool and Dining Area on the 6th floor features a sundeck with a nearly 25-meter pool and a large spa.  A ping pong table also in available on on the east side of the large sundeck. An outdoor kitchen, three separate dining areas, and two barbecues can also be utilize, situated between the pool and the building.

Other services offered at Evo South include an on-site concierge and 24 hours security. Beverly Hills Concierge provides access to restaurant reservations, theatre and concert tickets, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and more. The building is secured by a 24 hour front desk as well as a community patrol – the South Park Safety Team. 

Evo South and the South Park Neighborhood

The South Park neighborhood has blossomed since Evo South’s inception. South Park was a relatively sleepy area when Evo South was built. At the time, South Park consisted mostly of parking lots.
