Originally constructed in 1923 as a Bekins Storage Facility, the Beacon Lofts was transformed into 53 Live/Work Lofts by Peklar Pilavjian in 2012. Residences range from 650-2,000 square feet and are spread over six floors. At the heart of the Downtown Los Angeles Arts District, Beacon Lofts was designed specifically for live/work occupancy by artists and other creative professionals.

Each residence at Beacon Lofts features original concrete floors, walls and columns complemented by modern interior components and finishes. On the roof of Beacon Lofts you will encounter amenities including a lounge, spa, and BBQs all offering dramatic views of Downtown Los Angeles as well as the San Gabriel Valley and silhouetting mountains to the northeast.
