1133 Hope, is a 28-story tower currently under construction, situated just southeast of the rising Oceanwide Plaza and just southwest of Evo South in Downtown Los Angeles. 1133 Hope is slated to provide 208 residential units offering studio, one, two and three bedrooms. The ground level will house approximately 5,000 square feet of retail and/or restaurant space. The luxury building will offer amenities including a swimming pool and spa, a fitness center, and a lounge with a full kitchen. Parking will be available on a five-story podium in addition to tow underground levels. 1133 Hope is expected to open some time in 2020.
