South Park’s Renaissance, Elleven South

The first of the South Group’s three-condominium development in South Park, Elleven South was constructed in 2006, accelerating the renaissance of the Downtown Los Angeles South Park neighborhood along with other major developments such as LA Live. Elleven South was the first new residential high-rise built in Downtown Los Angeles in 20 years and represented a new era in urban living for Southern California. Elleven South’s sister buildings followed with Luma South constructed later in 2006 and Evo South built two years later in 2008. Since then, South Park has continued to grow and vibrance with numerous hotels, restaurants, and luxury apartments springing up in recent years.

Elleven South – Design

Elleven South consists of Thirteen floors of vibrant living spaces which both define and inspire. Each unit begs you to step inside. Elleven South was built smarter with sophisticated aesthetics and an exceptionally livable design. Units come in a wide range of sizes, from studios to penthouses.  Each unit is styled as a “soft loft” with a bedroom area and closet. The residences each come with one or two parking spots, bamboo floors, stainless steel appliances, a laundry room and spectacular views.

LEED Certification

Elleven South was the first residential building in Downtown Los Angeles to be certified by the U.S. Green Building Council. This was done by using sustainable materials, efficient construction techniques, and a thoughtful, eco-friendly approach.

Notable Amenities at Elleven South Los Angeles

Elleven South shares an expansive pool, BBQ, and sun bathing area with its sister building Luma South, which is exclusive to residents and guest of the two buildings.
